Yandex Metrica and the Zendesk widget are optional: they load only after the user allows them in the cookie dialog or on the consent page. The Resource uses third-party geolocation databases (MaxMind GeoLite2 and IP2Location LITE) to determine the approximate geographic location of IP addresses. This data is used to classify proxies by country and city and to display visitor connection information on the IP detection page. Geolocation data is approximate and may not reflect the actual physical location of the user.
The IP detection tool on the Resource shows visitors their own IP address, geolocation, HTTP headers, and connection details. This information is derived from the visitor's request and third-party databases; it is not stored beyond the session. The purpose of this page is to help users verify their proxy setup and anonymity level.
Payments are processed by third-party services (Digiseller, WebMoney, cardlink.link). Good-proxies.ru does not collect or store payment card data. Information such as email addresses provided during the purchase process may be used to deliver the access key and for customer support.
API access logs and usage statistics are retained for the period of the Premium key's validity, plus up to 90 days after expiration for dispute resolution. Statistical data in anonymized form may be retained indefinitely. Personal data from support correspondence is retained for up to 3 years after the last communication.
We implement appropriate security measures for collecting, storing, and processing data to protect it from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We limit access to personal data for our employees, contractors, and agents, and continuously improve our data collection, storage, and processing methods, including physical safeguards, to prevent unauthorized access to our systems.
However, we cannot guarantee 100% that our security measures will prevent third-party "hackers" from unlawfully obtaining this information, even though we take all reasonable steps to avoid such breaches.
